Loco Ny, a Detroit native now based in South Carolina and CEO of Gold and Platinum Global Records, has been immersed in music since the age of 4, mastering symphonic percussion before branching into rap and production at 12 as a self-taught artist. A multi-talented musician, she has performed at high school pep rallies, participated in Big Sean’s studio program as an artist and producer, and earned recognition as a Motown Lyric Program recipient.

 

With deep roots in choir, orchestra, and band—including performing for Barack Obama and meeting him—she has honed her craft through years of dedication. Loco Ny has worked with Motown, performed at small venues in Detroit, and garnered over 27k views on YouTube. She also holds a degree in computer science, which complements her creative edge.

 

A skilled engineer, Loco Ny has recorded songs for numerous artists, adding another layer of expertise to her career. Proficient in music theory and multiple instruments, including percussion, trumpet, trombone, baritone, and piano, she has also played symphonic percussion for the Detroit Symphony Orchestra’s children’s program and competed in choirs and orchestras throughout her youth.
